agencies. (a) On the tenth legislative day of the regular session, one hour after the convening
of the house of which the chairman of the select joint committee of the Sunset Committee is

Section 41-20-2 Definitions. As used in this chapter, unless the context requires a different
meaning, the following words shall be defined as follows: (1) ENUMERATED AGENCY. All departments,
councils, boards, commissions, divisions, bureaus or like governmental units or subunits of
