(a) It shall be a misdemeanor for any person to commit any of the following: (1) Sell or fraudulently obtain or furnish any license or aid or abet in selling or fraudulently obtaining or furnishing any license. Section 34-2A-12 Renewal, expiration of license; inactive status; maintenance of records; continuing education.
