Section 34-3-103 Board of trustees and officers. The foundation shall be governed by
a board of trustees consisting of the president, the first vice-president, and the members
of the Board of Commissioners of the Alabama State Bar, each of whom shall be a voting member
of such board of trustees and shall hold office as such concurrently with his or her term
of office as president, first vice-president or member of the Board of Commissioners of the
Alabama State Bar, as the case may be. The board of trustees may adopt such bylaws for the
conduct and regulation of its meetings and the affairs of the foundation as such board may
desire and as are not inconsistent with this article or the laws of Alabama. The president,
first vice-president, and secretary of the Alabama State Bar shall serve as ex officio president,

Section 16-16A-7 Additional findings; bonds authorized; procedures. (a) The Legislature
finds that the number of students attending the several school systems located in those areas
of North Alabama that will be directly impacted by the 2005 BRAC and Subsequent BRAC Actions
will collectively increase by an estimated 9,000 students. As a result, there will be a need
for the construction of additional school facilities as well as the renovation of existing
school facilities. The Legislature also finds that the 2005 BRAC and Subsequent BRAC Actions
will have a positive impact on future receipts to the Education Trust Fund, as the significant
population growth in North Alabama will increase sales, income, and other tax collections.

Section 16-49-20 Creation; composition; nominating committee. (a)(1) There is created
a Board of Trustees for Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University, a state land-grant
educational institution at Huntsville. The membership of the board shall be inclusive and

Section 37-6-18 Dissolution. (a) A cooperative which has not commenced business may
dissolve voluntarily by delivering to the Secretary of State articles of dissolution, executed
and acknowledged on behalf of the cooperative by a majority of the incorporators, which shall
state: (1) The name of the cooperative; (2) The address of its principal office; (3) The date
of its incorporation; (4) That the cooperative has not commenced business; (5) That the amount,
