Section 23-6-6 Members, officers, and directors of corporation; vacancies; compensation; record of proceedings; record as evidence. The applicants named in the application and their respective successors in office shall constitute the members of the corporation. The Director of Transportation shall be the president of the corporation, the State Treasurer shall be its vice-president, the Director of Finance shall be the secretary of the corporation, and the State Treasurer shall be the treasurer of the corporation and shall act as custodian of its funds. The members of the corporation shall constitute all the members of the board of directors of the corporation, and any two members of the said board of directors shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
