Section 16-60-28 Control of college; president. The junior college established pursuant to
this article shall be under the direct control of the board of trustees hereby established
and shall be under the immediate supervision and direction of a president, appointed by the
board of trustees for a term to be fixed by the board. The president shall not be removed

plant. Every person who produces milk, milk products, or frozen desserts for sale or consignment
or for remuneration of any nature, in a milk, milk products, or frozen dessert processing
plant shall annually obtain a permit from the State Board of Health prior to selling or offering
for sale, consigning or offering for consignment, or offering for a remuneration, the milk,

Section 22-9A-25 Enforcement. Each local and deputy registrar is charged with the strict and
thorough enforcement of the provisions of this chapter in his or her registration district,
under the supervision and direction of the State Registrar. He or she shall make an immediate

disabilities, a record of an impairment, or regarded as having an impairment shall be subject
to the same laws, rules, and regulations set forth by the Department of Public Safety relating

in the practice of public accounting may register with the board as a firm of public accountants
provided it meets all of the following requirements: (1) At least 51 percent of the ownership
