Section 16-60-28 Control of college; president. The junior college established pursuant to this article shall be under the direct control of the board of trustees hereby established and shall be under the immediate supervision and direction of a president, appointed by the board of trustees for a term to be fixed by the board. The president shall not be removed during the term for which he was appointed except for just cause, which shall be explicitly set forth in writing in the minutes of the board.
