Section 11-54-20 Definitions. Wherever used in this article, unless a different meaning clearly appears in the context, the following terms shall be given the following respective meanings: (1) MUNICIPALITY. Any incorporated city or town in the State of Alabama. (2) PROJECT. (a) When a law enforcement officer is confronted by circumstances and has reasonable cause for believing that a person within the county is mentally ill and also believes that the person is likely to be of immediate danger to self or others, the law enforcement officer shall contact a community mental health officer. (a) Every pharmacy when opened for business shall be under the personal supervision of a duly licensed pharmacist who shall have personal supervision of not more than one pharmacy at the same time.
