Section 34-27C-17 Exemptions. The following persons and entities, including affiliated entities
under common control, are exempt from this chapter: (1) Any person or entity that uses the
employees of the person or entity for security services. (2) Any employee who provides security

Section 45-37-123.01 Definitions. For the purposes of this part, the following terms shall
have the following meanings: (1) ACT. The act adding this part, to be called the General Retirement
