Section 45-13-41 License requirements; operation of massage parlor; unlawful activities; violations. (a) The provisions of this section shall apply to all counties having a population of not less than 26,000 nor more than 26,800 inhabitants according to the 1970 or any subsequent federal decennial census. (a)(1) In Madison County, the fees for the issuance of a license by the sheriff pursuant to Section 13A-11-75, to authorize a person to carry a pistol in a vehicle or concealed on or about his or her person, at the request of the licensee, shall be as provided below: a. For a regular paper license, the fee shall be ten dollars ($10). b.
