Section 25-5-50 Applicability; exemptions; coverage for school boards, volunteer fire
departments, and rescue squads; sports officials. (a) This article and Article 2 of this chapter
shall not be construed or held to apply to an employer of a domestic employee; an employer

Section 35-8A-103 Definitions. In the declaration and bylaws, unless specifically provided
otherwise or the context otherwise requires, and in this chapter, the following terms are
defined as set forth below: (1) AFFILIATE OF A DECLARANT. Any person who controls, is controlled

Section 11-51-90.2 Purchase of business license; classification of taxpayers; vehicle

approved, adopted and enacted into law by the State of Alabama: Multistate Tax Compact Article
