Section 34-27A-27 Alabama Real Estate Appraisers Board Fund. There is established a separate special revenue trust fund in the State Treasury to be known as the Alabama Real Estate Appraisers Board Fund. All receipts collected by the board under this article and any interest earned on funds in the fund shall be deposited in this fund and used only to carry out this article. The receipts shall be disbursed only by warrant of the state Comptroller upon the State Treasurer, upon itemized vouchers approved by the executive director of the board. No funds shall be withdrawn or expended except as budgeted and allotted according to Sections 41-4-80 through 41-4-96 and 41-19-1 through 41-19-12, inclusive, and only in amounts as stipulated in the general appropriations bill or other appropriate bills. Section 16-16A-7 Additional findings; bonds authorized; procedures. (a) The Legislature finds that the number of students attending the several school systems located in those areas of North Alabama that will be directly impacted by the 2005 BRAC and Subsequent BRAC Actions will collectively increase by an estimated 9,000 students. As a result, there will be a need for the construction of additional school facilities as well as the renovation of existing school facilities. The Legislature also finds that the 2005 BRAC and Subsequent BRAC Actions will have a positive impact on future receipts to the Education Trust Fund, as the significant population growth in North Alabama will increase sales, income, and other tax collections. Section 41-10-60 Disposition of proceeds from sale of bonds and refunding bonds. (a) The authority shall pay out of the proceeds from the sale of any of the bonds all expenses, including fees of agents and attorneys and other charges, which said board of directors may deem necessary or advantageous in connection with the issuance of the bonds.
