Section 34-9-21 Employing services of commercial dental laboratory or private technician. (a)
Every duly licensed and registered dentist who employs the services of a commercial dental
laboratory or private technician for the purpose of constructing, altering, repairing, or
duplicating any prostheses (fixed or removable), splint, or orthodontic appliance shall be
required to furnish the commercial dental laboratory or private technician an impression or
cast made by the dentist when necessary, together with a prescription setting forth the following:
(1) The name and address of the commercial dental laboratory or private dental technician.
(2) The patient's name or identification number, and if a number is used the patient's name
shall be written upon the duplicate copy of the prescription retained by the dentist. (3)
The date on which the prescription was written. (4) A description of the work to be done,
with diagram if necessary. (5) A specification of the type and quality of...

Section 8-15-31 Definitions. For purposes of this article, the following words and phrases
shall have the respective meanings ascribed by this section: (1) DEFAULT. The failure to perform
in a timely manner any obligation or duty set forth in this article or the rental agreement.
(2) LAST KNOWN ADDRESS. That address provided by the occupant in the latest rental agreement

Section 32-7-31 Duration of proof; when proof may be cancelled or returned. (a) The director
shall upon request consent to the immediate cancellation of any bond or certificate of insurance,
or the director shall direct and the State Treasurer shall return to the person entitled thereto

Section 34-21-25 Denial, suspension, or revocation of license; administrative fines; voluntary
disciplinary alternative program. (a) For disciplinary purposes, the board may adopt, levy,
and collect administrative fines not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000) per violation
and may institute any legal proceedings necessary to effect compliance with this chapter against

Section 40-29-22 Lien for taxes - Validity and priority against certain persons. (a) Purchasers,
