Section 27-15-28.1 Standard nonforfeiture law for individual deferred annuities - Annuity contracts issued by election under this section until June 30, 2006. (a) This section shall be known as the standard nonforfeiture law for individual deferred annuities. (b) This section shall not apply to any reinsurance group annuity purchased under a retirement plan or plan of deferred compensation established or maintained by an employer (including a partnership or sole proprietorship) or by an employee organization, or by both, other than a plan providing individual retirement accounts or individual retirement annuities under Section 408 of the Internal Revenue Code, as now or hereafter amended, premium deposit fund, variable annuity, investment annuity, immediate annuity, any deferred annuity contract after annuity payments have commenced or reversionary annuity, nor to any contract which shall be delivered outside this state through an agent or other representative of the company issuing...

(a) Commencing on May 21, 2009, any security officer, armed security officer, or contract security company providing private security services in this state shall apply to the board for a license or certification. (a) The department, in cooperation with public and private sector partners, shall establish a financing program to provide financing to retailers to construct, rehabilitate, or expand grocery stores in underserved communities in urban and rural low and moderate income areas. (b) The department may contract with one or more qualified nonprofit organizations or community development financial institutions to administer this program through a public-private partnership. Section 32-8-84 Unclaimed motor vehicles; suspension of registration of stolen or converted vehicles. (a) The following shall be considered an unclaimed motor vehicle: (1) A motor vehicle left unattended on a public road or highway for more than 48 hours. (2) A motor vehicle, not left on private property for repairs, that has remained on private or other public property for a period of more than 48 hours without the consent of the owner or lessee of the property.
