Section 45-49-252.05 Solid waste management permits. Permits required under Section 45-49-252.03 shall be issued in the following manner: (1) Any person desiring to obtain a permit shall file an application for a permit with the director on application forms provided by the director and shall accompany such application with: a. Name and address of the applicant, showing its legal identity (individual, partnership, corporation, etc.). b. The business address of the applicant. c. An inventory of all motorized equipment or other equipment to be used in such collection, transportation, or disposal. d. The methods of storage, transport, and processing to be used. e. Applicants for cost-share grants for soil and water conservation practices shall complete and submit an application for allocated funds as described herein to the soil and water conservation district office located in their counties. (a) It shall be the duty of the State Board of Medical Examiners to promote continuing medical education of all physicians and osteopaths licensed by the commission and is empowered to spend a portion of its funds in any manner it deems desirable for carrying out this purpose. The board is specifically empowered to provide funds to any nonprofit corporation for the purpose of conducting continuing medical education programs without being bound by the provisions of any law requiring competitive bidding.
