Section 7-3-111 Place of payment. Except as otherwise provided for items in Article 4, an instrument
is payable at the place of payment stated in the instrument. If no place of payment is stated,
an instrument is payable at the address of the drawee or maker stated in the instrument. If
no address is stated, the place of payment is the place of business of the drawee or maker.
If a drawee or maker has more than one place of business, the place of payment is any place
of business of the drawee or maker chosen by the person entitled to enforce the instrument.
If the drawee or maker has no place of business, the place of payment is the residence of

Section 27-12-19 Service of statements, notices, orders, and other processes. Statements of
charges, notices, orders, and other processes of the commissioner under this trade practices
law may be served by anyone duly authorized by the commissioner, either in the manner provided
by law for service of process in civil actions or by registering or certifying and mailing
a copy thereof to the person affected by such statement, notice, order, or other process at

Section 34-27-81 Definitions. As used in this article, the following words shall have the following
meanings: (1) AGENCY AGREEMENT. A written agreement between a broker and a client which creates
a fiduciary relationship between the broker and a principal, who is commonly referred to as
