Section 19-3B-708 Compensation of trustee. (a) If the terms of a trust do not specify the trustee's
compensation, then a trustee is entitled to compensation that is reasonable under the circumstances.
(b) If the terms of a trust specify the trustee's compensation, the trustee has entered into
a written fee agreement with the settlor, or the trustee has entered into a written fee agreement
with the adult current permissible distributees of income and, in the event the trustee's
compensation is allocated to principal, the adult presumptive remainder beneficiaries of the
trust, then the trustee is entitled to be compensated as specified in the applicable agreement,
but the court may allow more or less compensation if: (1) the duties of the trustee are substantially
different from those contemplated when the trust was created or when the applicable agreement
was executed; or (2) the compensation specified by the terms of the trust or the applicable

Section 28-9-4 Prohibited acts - Suppliers. A supplier is prohibited from doing the following:
(1) Fail to provide each wholesaler of the supplier's brand or brands with a written agreement

spouse and the rights of the surviving spouse to homestead allowance, exempt property and

Section 45-28-82.29 Written agreement; other terms and conditions. (a) In any case in which
an offender is admitted into a pretrial diversion program, there shall be a written agreement
between the district attorney and the offender. The agreement shall include the terms of the
pretrial diversion program, the length of the program, and the period of time after which
the district attorney will dispose of the charges against the offender in a noncriminal manner.
If, as part of the pretrial diversion program, the offender agrees to plead guilty to a particular
charge and receive a specific sentence, an agreement concerning when the plea of guilty will

Section 27-27-40 Loans by domestic insurers. (a) A domestic stock or mutual insurer may borrow
money to defray the expenses of its organization, provide it with surplus funds or for any
purpose of its business, upon a written agreement that such money is required to be repaid
