Section 34-26-43 Fees; disposition of revenues of board; payment of expenses. There shall be paid to the board by each applicant for a permanent license to practice as a psychologist or a psychological technician a fee not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500), as set by board rule. No part of any fee shall be returnable under any circumstance. All fees collected in this manner plus renewal fees as outlined in Section 34-26-22 and all gifts or grants shall be deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of the board. Vouchers in payment of expenses shall be drawn on the state Comptroller signed by the chair or executive officer of the board.
