Section 34-26-44 Conduct of examinations. Examination of applicants for a license to practice as a psychologist or psychological technician shall be made by the board at least once a year according to methods and in such subject fields as may be deemed by the board to be the most practical and expeditious to test the qualifications of the applicant. Section 34-8A-8 Qualifications for associate licensed counselor. (a) No person shall practice dentistry or dental hygiene in the State of Alabama unless licensed or permitted by the board and registered annually as required by this chapter.
