Section 27-13-60 Definitions. For the purposes of this article, unless otherwise stated, the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section: (1) RATE. The unit charge by which the measure of exposure or the amount of insurance specified in a policy of insurance or covered thereunder is multiplied to determine the premium. (2) PREMIUM. The consideration paid or to be paid to an insurer for the issuance and delivery of any binder or policy of insurance. (3) RATE-MAKING. The SHPDA, pursuant to the provisions of Section 22-21-274, shall prescribe by rules and regulations the procedures for review of applications for certificates of need and for issuance of certificates of need. Section 25-5-313 Schedule of maximum fees. Within 60 days from May 19, 1992, the Workers' Compensation Medical Services Board shall submit to the Governor an initial schedule of maximum fees for medical services covered by this article, which schedule shall become effective immediately upon submission to the Governor. The initial schedule of maximum fees shall be established by the board in the manner prescribed in this section.
