Section 2-8-234 Application of nonprofit association for certification and approval to conduct
referendum - Action by board on application. Upon filing with the State Board of Agriculture
and Industries of an application by any nonprofit association of wheat, corn, grain sorghum,
and oats producers, the said board shall within 30 days thereafter meet and consider the application.
If it is shown by the applicant to the satisfaction of the board that the applicant is fairly
and substantially representative of the wheat, corn, grain sorghum, and oats producers of
this state, and shall otherwise find and determine that such application and the program proposed

Section 34-24-335 Denial of applications; procedure; no refund of fees. In the event the Medical
Licensure Commission determines that the application of any person for a license should be
denied, the commission shall promptly upon reaching its decision notify the applicant of its
action, and such notice shall contain the reason for the commission's denial of the application.
In all cases where an application is denied, any fee which accompanied the application for
the license shall not be refunded, and no applicant shall have the right to recover any part

of professional boxing, professional bare knuckle boxing, professional wrestling, amateur

Section 45-49-43.04 Application - Investigation; qualifications; appeals. Upon receipt of an
application for the license required by Section 45-49-43, the original shall be referred to
the chief of police of the city or municipality in which the business is to be located or
the sheriff of the county who shall cause such investigation of the applicant's business and

(a) Any residential home builder who desires to receive a new or renewal license under this
chapter shall make and file with the board 30 days prior to the next meeting of the board
