Section 34-8A-14 Renewal; fees; continuing education; practice in a specialty. (a) Counselors licensed as a licensed professional counselor by the board shall be required to submit biennially at the time of renewal a license renewal fee to be established by the board. Pursuant to rules and regulations promulgated by the Coroner-Medical Examiners' Commission, it shall be the duty of the chief and associate coroner-medical examiners to review or investigate and determine, the cause and manner of any death, when such death may fall within one or more of the following categories subject to the commission's power to change the categories: (1) Criminal violence or criminal neglect. Section 33-5-15 Certificates of registration and numbers generally - Foreign vessels; change of ownership. (a) Any vessel already covered by a number in full force and effect which has been awarded to it pursuant to the operative federal law or federally approved numbering system of another state may be operated on the waters of this state for a period of 90 consecutive days without being licensed under the provisions of this article. The commission may suspend or revoke the license of any licensee conducting a race meeting, upon the willful violation of any of the provisions of this part, or any rule or regulation promulgated by the commission or may invoke a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000) per offense in lieu thereof.
