Section 2-21-17 Definitions. When used in this chapter or in rules and regulations promulgated
thereunder, the following words and terms shall have the meaning ascribed to them, except
where the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) BRAND NAME. Any word, name, symbol or device,
or any combination thereof, identifying the commercial feed of a distributor or licensee and
distinguishing it from that of others. (2) COMMERCIAL FEED. Such term includes customer-formula
feed, as this term is used in this chapter, and means any material whether simple, mixed compound,
ground, unground, organic or inorganic, used as a feed for animals other than man or any material
including minerals, vitamins, antibiotics, anti-oxidants, medicines, drugs, chemicals and
other substances, materials or elements, or parts thereof intended for use or used as an ingredient

Section 27-17A-18 Preneed sales agent. (a) All individuals who offer preneed contracts to the
public, or who execute preneed contracts on behalf of a certificate holder, shall be registered
with the commissioner as preneed sales agents, pursuant to this article. (b) All preneed sales
agents and funeral directors acting as preneed sales agents shall be affiliated with the certificate
holder that they are representing. (c) A certificate holder shall be responsible for the activities
of all preneed sales agents and all funeral directors acting as preneed sales agents, who
are affiliated with the certificate holder and who perform any type of preneed-related activity

Section 34-26-41 Applications; qualifications of applicants; issuance of license; practice
without license; inactive status. (a)(1) Any person wishing to obtain the right to practice
as a psychologist or psychological technician in this state, who has not heretofore been licensed
to do so, shall, before it shall be lawful for him or her to practice as a psychologist or
psychological technician in this state, make application to the Board of Examiners in Psychology
through the chair upon such form and in such manner as prescribed by the board. (2) Unless
a person has first obtained a valid license as aforesaid, it shall be unlawful and a violation

Section 40-14B-1 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the following
meanings: (1) AFFILIATE. An affiliate of another person shall include any of the following:

Section 40-29-22 Lien for taxes - Validity and priority against certain persons. (a) Purchasers,
holders of security interests, mechanic's lienors, and judgment lien creditors. The lien imposed
by Section 40-29-20 shall not be valid as against any purchaser, holder of a security interest,

Section 41-15B-2.2 Allocation of trust fund revenues. (a) For each fiscal year, beginning October
1, 1999, contingent upon the Children First Trust Fund receiving tobacco revenues and upon
appropriation by the Legislature, an amount of up to and including two hundred twenty-five
thousand dollars ($225,000), or equivalent percentage of the total fund, shall be designated
for the administration of the fund by the council and the Commissioner of Children's Affairs.
(b) For the each fiscal year, beginning October 1, 1999, contingent upon the Children First
Trust Fund receiving tobacco revenues, the remainder of the Children First Trust Fund, in

Section 34-1-6 Registration of firms of certified public accountants. (a) A firm engaged in
this state in the practice of public accounting may register with the board as a firm of certified
public accountants provided it meets all of the following requirements: (1) At least 51 percent
of the ownership of the firm, in terms of financial interests and voting rights of all partners,
