Section 22-27-7 Supervision and regulatory control; rules and regulations; penalty for violation
of article. With regard to the collection of solid wastes, the Health Department shall exercise
such supervision over equipment, methodology and personnel in the management of solid wastes
as may be necessary to enforce sanitary requirements, and the state and county boards of health
may adopt such rules and regulations as may be needed to specify methodology and procedures
to meet the requirements of this article. With regard to the disposal of solid wastes, the

Section 40-14B-6 Qualified investments. (a) To continue to be certified, a certified capital
company shall make qualified investments according to the following schedule: (1) Before the
third anniversary of its allocation date, a company must have made qualified investments in
an amount cumulatively equal to at least 35 percent of its certified capital. (2) Before the
fifth anniversary of its allocation date, a company must have made qualified investments in

Section 8-19-10 Private right of action. (a) Any person who commits one or more of the acts
or practices declared unlawful under this chapter and thereby causes monetary damage to a
consumer, and any person who commits one or more of the acts or practices declared unlawful
in subdivisions (19) and (20) of Section 8-19-5 and thereby causes monetary damage to another
person, shall be liable to each consumer or other person for: (1) Any actual damages sustained

a coastal municipality, the Commissioner of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources,
