Section 29-2A-2 Composition; terms; vacancies; meetings; rulemaking authority. (a) The commission shall be composed of the following members: (1) Three members of the House of Representatives appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, one of whom shall be a member of the minority party. (2) Three members of the Senate appointed by the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, one of whom shall be a member of the minority party. (3) Six members appointed by the Governor. (4) The Director of Finance, or his or her designee, who shall serve as a nonvoting member. Section 34-4-21 Application and examination; fees; expiration, renewal of licenses; continuing education; discharge of apprentice; change of address. (a) Any person desiring to enter into the auction business and obtain a license as an auctioneer or apprentice auctioneer shall make written application for a license to the board. Section 34-9-6.1 Mobile dental facilities or portable dental operations. (a) For purposes of this section, the following words have the following meanings: (1) DENTAL HOME. The dental home is the ongoing relationship between the dentist and the patient, inclusive of all aspects of oral health care, delivered in a comprehensive, continuously accessible, coordinated, and family-centered way. (2) MOBILE DENTAL FACILITY. Any self-contained facility in which dentistry or dental hygiene is practiced which may be moved, towed, or transported from one location to another. (3) OPERATOR. (a) Every owner of an underground or aboveground storage tank as defined in this chapter shall pay an Underground and Aboveground Storage Tank Trust Fund fee as established by the provisions of this chapter to be paid to the department.
