Section 34-17A-12 Persons licensed or certified in other states. The board shall issue
a license by examination of credentials to any person licensed or certified as a marriage
and family therapist in another state which has requirements for licensure that are equivalent
to or exceed the requirements of this state, provided the applicant submits an application

Section 34-29-93 Six months internship requirement. All applicants for licensing must,
after receiving their DVM or equivalent degree, complete six continuous months of practical
experience under the direct or indirect supervision of a board approved licensed veterinarian
in any state before a license will be issued. Preceptorship time required by any school of
veterinary medicine shall apply towards six months internship. Upon completion of this six-months
period, a letter signed by the supervising veterinarian stating that the applicant has satisfactorily

Section 34-40-10 Reasons for rejection, revocation, or suspension of license. The board
may refuse to issue a license certificate to any person and, after notice and hearing pursuant
to its regulations and rules, may suspend or revoke the license certificate of any person

Section 34-8-4 Fines; revocation of licenses. (a) The board may levy and collect an
administrative fine of not less than five hundred dollars ($500) nor more than five thousand
dollars ($5,000) for any violation of any provision of this chapter or the rules and regulations
of the board. (b) The board may also revoke the certificate of license of any general contractor
licensed hereunder who is found guilty of any fraud or deceit in obtaining a license or gross
negligence, incompetence or misconduct in the conduct of business. Any person may prefer charges
of the fraud, deceit, negligence, or misconduct against any general contractor licensed hereunder.

Section 31-1-6 Professional licenses and certificates for spouses of active duty military
personnel. (a) This section shall be known and may be cited as the Military Family
Jobs Opportunity Act. (b) Except as provided in subsection (h), and notwithstanding other

Section 34-11-7 Issuance of certificate; seal. (a) The board shall issue a certificate
of licensure to any applicant for licensure as a professional engineer or professional land
surveyor who, in the opinion of the board, has satisfactorily met all the requirements of

Section 34-13-120 License required; crematory requirements; application and inspection;
records; violations; rulemaking authority. (a) No person, firm, corporation, association,
entity, or funeral establishment, or branch thereof, may operate a crematory for the purpose
