Section 33-1-8 Board of directors. (a)(1) The port authority shall be governed by a board of directors, consisting of eight appointed members and one ex officio member. a. Section 45-39A-13.02 Composition of civil service board. The civil service board shall consist of five members to be appointed by the members of the City Council of the City of Florence. In each year the city council shall appoint one person as the successor to the member of the civil service board whose term shall expire that year.
