Section 34-11-30 Creation and composition; nominating committee; terms of office. (a) A State
Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors is created. It shall be the
duty of the board to administer this chapter. The board shall consist of five members licensed

Section 9-17-101 Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board - Creation; composition; meetings; rules and
regulations. (a) There is created and established the Alabama Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board.
The board shall be composed of eight members: The State Fire Marshal; the state Director of

Section 21-1-2 Board of trustees - Composition; qualifications, appointment and terms of office
of members. The Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind shall be managed and controlled by a
board of trustees which shall consist of the Governor, the State Superintendent of Education,
and 13 other persons who shall be appointed by the Governor and confirmed by the Senate at

board for the City of Attalla, Alabama, which board shall be called the Attalla Board of Education.
