Section 32-5A-330 Definitions; applicability; violations. (a) As used in this section, the following terms are defined: (1) OPEN CONTAINER. (a) This chapter and rules and orders adopted under this chapter shall be enforced by the State Board of Health and the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources according to rules adopted by the board and department.
