Section 22-32-2 Members of Southeast Interstate Low-Level Radioactive Waste Management Commission. The Director of the Bureau of Radiological Health and the Director of the Department of Energy shall serve as members of the Southeast Interstate Low-Level Radioactive Waste Management Commission. As directors of departments or agencies of this state, they may designate a subordinate officer or employee of their department or agency to serve in this stead as permitted by Article IV A. of the compact. The reference to the "Bureau of Radiological Health" anywhere in this chapter shall mean the Radiological Health Program of the Department of Public Health. Section 33-4-1 Composition; powers and duties generally. (a) There shall be a board of pilotage commissioners, to be known as the State Pilotage Commission, which shall consist of three voting members. One voting member shall be an official of a steamship company which maintains an office in Mobile, one voting member shall be an active bar pilot, licensed and branched by the State Pilotage Commission, and one voting member shall be a business person or a person engaged in a professional occupation licensed by the State of Alabama.
