Section 34-24-300 Licensing of certified Physician Assistant or Surgeon Assistant. Notwithstanding
any other provision of this article to the contrary, any person who was certified by the board
as a physician assistant or surgeon assistant to a licensed physician on December 21, 1994,

Section 34-24-403 Liability for actions within scope of committee functions. Any physician
or osteopath licensed to practice medicine in the State of Alabama who shall be duly appointed

Section 34-1-7 Practice privilege for nonresident certified public accountants. (a) Subject
to subsection (b), a person who is licensed as a certified public accountant in another state
whose principal place of business is not in this state shall have all the privileges of a
