Section 40-9F-3 Standards for approval; application, rehabilitation plan; review; certification; tax credit certification; fees; report to Legislature. (a) The commission shall develop standards for the approval of the substantial rehabilitation of qualified structures for which a tax credit is sought. Section 40-12-253 Ad valorem taxation of motor vehicles. (a) Effective January 1, 2000, ad valorem taxes on motor vehicles shall be assessed and the tax collected forward on a current basis to coincide with the collection of motor vehicle license taxes and registration fees. (a) The board shall issue a license certificate to each person whom it licenses as a speech-language pathologist or audiologist, or both.
