Section 41-4-412 Alabama Construction Industry Craft Training Program; Craft Training Board.
(a) It is the intent of the Legislature to establish and provide for a coordinated effort
between the construction industry and institutions of higher education and other entities,
including, but not limited to, union training programs, to enhance the availability and quality
of programs which promote construction industry craft training and education, and thereby
enhance the availability and competence of the work force for supporting the industry. (b)

Section 45-37-123.21 Designation of administrative authority. (a) General administration. The
role of the pension board is established by the State of Alabama through legislative act.
The pension board is responsible for the general administration and proper operation of the

Section 10A-3-7.01 Voluntary dissolution - Procedure. (a) A nonprofit corporation may dissolve
and wind up its affairs in the following manner: (1) If there are members entitled to vote
thereon, the board of directors shall adopt a resolution recommending that the nonprofit corporation
be dissolved, and directing that the question of the dissolution be submitted to a vote at
a meeting of members entitled to vote thereon, which may be either an annual or a special
meeting. Written notice stating that the purpose, or one of the purposes, of the meeting is

Section 16-54-2 Board of trustees. The University of Montevallo shall be governed by a board
of trustees composed of the Governor, who shall be president, ex officio, the Superintendent
of Education, ex officio, and 11 other trustees (one from each congressional district and,

Section 34-21A-3 Alabama Onsite Wastewater Board. (a) There is established the Alabama Onsite
Wastewater Board. The board shall consist of nine members who shall, at the time of appointment

Section 34-29-111 Duties of board; Alabama Veterinary Professionals Wellness Committee; liability.
(a) It shall be the duty and obligation of the State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners
to promote the early identification, intervention, treatment, and rehabilitation of veterinary

Section 45-22A-21 Board of education. (a) There is established a school board for the City
of Cullman, Alabama, which board shall be called "The Cullman City Board of Education."
The board shall be composed of five members elected from the city at-large by the qualified
