Section 8-17-80 Definitions. (a) The following words and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning: (1) AVIATION GASOLINE. Motor fuel designed for use in the operation of aircraft other than jet aircraft, and sold or used for that purpose. (2) BIODIESEL FUEL. Any motor fuel or mixture of motor fuels that is derived, in whole or in part, from agricultural products or animal fats, or the wastes of such products or fats, and is advertised as, offered for sale as, suitable for use as, or used as motor fuel in a diesel engine. (3) BLENDED FUEL. A mixture composed of gasoline or diesel fuel and any other liquid that can be used as a motor fuel in a highway vehicle. (4) BOARD. The Alabama Board of Agriculture and Industries. Section 11-92C-9 Bonds of authority. (a) Source of payment. All bonds issued by an authority shall be payable solely out of the revenues and receipts derived from the leasing or sale by the board of its projects, or from any other source as may be designated in the proceedings of the board under which the bonds are authorized to be issued. (b) Pledge of revenues, receipts, and other security. (a) Every applicant for a barbers license, apprentice barbers license, barber teacher license, scalp specialist license, or a license to operate a barber shop or barbers college, or other like business, shall apply therefor in writing on blanks prepared or furnished by the barbers commission. (b) A district for the delivery of fire and emergency medical services may be formed in any unincorporated area of the county pursuant to this section subject to the approval of a majority of the qualified electors who vote at a referendum election for that purpose in the proposed district and for the approval of the mandatory annual dues of the district.
