Section 32-6-49.10 Information on commercial driver license; classifications, endorsements, etc.; expiration and renewal. (a) The commercial driver license shall be marked "Commercial Driver License" or "CDL," and shall be, to the maximum extent practicable, tamper proof. It shall include, but not be limited to, all of the following information: (1) The name and residential address of the person. (2) The person's color photograph. (3) A physical description of the person including sex, height, weight, eye and hair color. (4) Date of birth. (5) Any other number or identifier not to include the Social Security number of the person deemed appropriate by the department. (6) The person's signature. (a)(1) The State Board of Medical Examiners on its own motion may investigate any evidence which appears to show that a physician or osteopath holding a certificate of qualification to practice medicine or osteopathy in the State of Alabama is or may be guilty of any of the acts, offenses, or conditions set out in Section 34-24-360. (a) Each application for a surface coal mining reclamation permit under this article shall be accompanied by a fee as determined by the regulatory authority, but not to exceed the anticipated cost of reviewing, administering, and enforcing the permit.
