Section 2-11-121 Labeling requirements - Generally. (a) No person shall sell, keep for sale, expose or offer for sale, any article or product in imitation or semblance of honey branded as "honey," "liquid or extracted honey," "strained honey" or "pure honey" which is not pure honey, nor may the label of any such article or product in imitation or semblance of honey, depict thereon a picture or drawing of a bee, beehive or honeycomb. (b) No person, firm, association, company or corporation shall manufacture, sell, expose or offer for sale, any compound or mixture branded or labeled as honey which shall be made up of honey mixed with any other substance or ingredient. Section 2-2-31 Seizure and condemnation of adulterated, misbranded or substandard article. Any article, substance, material or product which is subject to the provisions of this article which is adulterated, misbranded or under the standard, grade, weight or measure claimed, within the meaning of any provision of law or rules and regulations under authority of law, and which is manufactured for sale, held in possession with intent to sell, offered or exposed for sale or sold or delivered within this state shall be liable to be proceeded against in the circuit court of the county where the same is found and seized for confiscation by writ of attachment for condemnation. (a) No vehicle protection product may be sold or offered for sale in this state unless the vehicle protection product warranty clearly states the terms and conditions governing the cancellation of the sale and warranty, if any. (a) No vehicle protection product shall be sold or offered for sale in this state unless the warrantor meets one of the conditions in subsection (b) or (c) in order to ensure adequate performance under the warranty. (a) Any pharmacist who engages in drug compounding shall be proficient in compounding and shall continually expand his or her compounding knowledge by participating in seminars or studying appropriate literature, or both. Equipment used in the compounding of drug products shall be of appropriate design and capacity, as well as suitably located to facilitate operations for its intended use, cleaning, and maintenance.
