Section 41-9-650 Criminal history background check prior to issuance of permit or license.
In addition to any other requirements, any agency, board, or commission in this state that
issues a permit or license, by rule, may require a criminal background check through ALEA
as part of its licensing or permitting requirements. Any agency, board, or commission adopting

Section 9-12-113 Licenses or permits for commercial fishing; net or seine permits. (a) Each
license or permit issued by the Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources or his

Section 34-21A-18 Annual renewal of license. (a) A license is only valid during the calendar
year indicated on the license. At the end of that calendar year, the license will expire unless
it is renewed by the licensee. All licensees shall make application for license renewal at

Section 34-24-529 Disciplinary actions. (a) Any disciplinary action taken by any member board
against a physician licensed through the compact shall be deemed unprofessional conduct which
may be subject to discipline by other member boards, in addition to any violation of the medical
