Section 34-24-124 Injunctive action. When it appears to the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners
that any person is violating any of the provisions of this article, the board may in its own
name bring an action in the circuit court for an injunction, and the court may enjoin any
person from violating this article regardless of whether proceedings have been or may be instituted
before the board or whether criminal proceedings have been or may be instituted. For purposes
of this section, a person shall be deemed to include any individual, firm, partnership, corporation,

or herself as a social worker by using the title "social worker," "licensed

Section 34-1A-7 Licenses - Required. (a) Effective January 1, 1998, it shall be unlawful for
any person or business entity to engage in a business regulated by this chapter in this state
without a current valid license or in violation of this chapter and applicable rules and regulations
