Section 34-27A-23 Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. A licensed real estate appraiser shall comply with the current Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice approved by the board except when performing an evaluation as defined in this article and in the Interagency Appraisal and Evaluation Guidelines published by the federal financial institution regulatory agencies on December 2, 2010, for lending transactions where the amount of the transaction is de minimus and the lending institution has determined that an appraisal is not required, as these guidelines may be amended from time to time or as otherwise provide by federal law. Section 36-21-4.1 Overtime - Pay or compensation leave for nonelected law enforcement officer in service of county. (a) Any nonelected law enforcement officer in the service of a county who has worked a number of hours in excess of the established and recurring work period, shall be compensated according to the standards and guidelines established by the Fair Labor Standards Act (29 C.F.R. § 553.200, et seq.). The officer shall be compensated at a rate of not less than one and one-half hours for each hour of employment for which overtime is required. Nonelected law enforcement officers may receive, in lieu of overtime pay, compensatory time off at a rate of not less than one and one-half hours for each hour of employment for which overtime is required. Section 5-26-3 Definitions. For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply: (1) DEPOSITORY INSTITUTION.
