Section 41-9-927 Creation of fund; expenditure of funds. All receipts and income of the Alabama Agricultural Museum Board shall be deposited into the State Treasury to the credit of the Alabama Agricultural Museum Fund, which is hereby created. Such receipts and income shall be paid out only by warrant of the Comptroller upon the Treasurer, upon itemized vouchers, approved by the chairman of the board; provided, that no funds shall be withdrawn or expended except as budgeted and allotted according to the provisions of Sections 41-4-80 through 41-4-96 and Sections 41-19-1 through 41-19-12, as amended and only in amounts as stipulated in the general appropriation or other appropriation bills. Section 22-6-72 Duties of State Treasurer; disposition of funds. The State Treasurer shall invest the funds in the trust fund on the direction of the board in investments which are eligible investments for the Alabama Trust Fund as authorized by Amendment No. 450 and Amendment No. 488 of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901.
