Section 34-36-17 Funding. There is hereby established a separate fund in the State Treasury
to be known as the Alabama Board of Electrical Contractors Fund. All money derived under the
provisions of this chapter shall be deposited in this fund and used only to carry out the
provisions of this chapter. Such fund shall be paid out only by warrant of the Comptroller
upon the Treasurer, upon itemized vouchers, approved by the director of the board; provided,
that no funds shall be withdrawn or expended except as budgeted and allotted according to
the provisions of Sections 41-4-80 through 41-4-96 and Sections 41-19-1 through 41-19-12,
and only in amounts as stipulated in the general appropriation or other appropriation bills.
Any funds unspent and unencumbered at the end of any state fiscal year in excess of one hundred
thousand dollars ($100,000) shall be transferred into the State General Fund on or before

Section 34-27B-6 Trust fund. There is established a separate special trust fund in the State
Treasury to be known as the Alabama State Board of Respiratory Therapy Fund. All funds received

Section 36-15-4.2 Attorney General's Litigation Support Fund. (a) There is established in the
State Treasury a special fund to be known as the Attorney General's Litigation Support Fund.
(b) The fund shall consist of any and all monies designated by a court order as reasonable
attorney fees and related expenses or negotiated fees and related expenses for matters settled

Section 34-30-6 Disposition of fees; separate fund created; disbursements from fund by board.
(a) All fees collected pursuant to this chapter shall be nonrefundable and shall be deposited
in the State Treasury to the credit of the Board of Social Work Examiners and shall constitute

Section 25-5-316 Workers' Compensation Administrative Trust Fund; creation; management; trustee
and custodian; assessments; penalties. (a) There is established in the State Treasury a fund
entitled the Workers' Compensation Administrative Trust Fund, into which shall be deposited
