Section 41-29-4 Advisory committees or councils. The Governor, in carrying out his or her responsibilities
under this chapter, may establish advisory committees or councils and appoint the members
thereof, who shall serve at his or her pleasure. Members shall serve without compensation.

Section 25-4-114 Advisory council. The Governor shall appoint an advisory council of not less
than nine members, composed of equal numbers of employer representatives and employee representatives,
who may be fairly regarded as representative because of their vocation, employment, or affiliations,
and of members representing the public generally. Such council shall aid the secretary in
formulating policies and discussing problems related to the administration of this chapter,
and in assuring impartiality and freedom from political influence in the solution of such
problems, and shall perform such other duties and functions as may be assigned to it by the
secretary, and as it may, on its own initiative, undertake within the limits of this section.

Section 45-8A-71.06 Civil service board - Meetings. The board shall fix the times for its regular
meetings, and it shall hold at least one regular meeting each month. The board may also hold
special, adjourned, or called meetings at any time. Members of the board serving before June

Section 12-15-104 Advisory boards. (a) The presiding juvenile court judge may appoint not less
than five nor more than 25 citizens of the county, known for their interest in the welfare
of children, who shall serve without compensation, to constitute and be the advisory board
of the juvenile court in matters relating to the welfare of children. The membership of the
