Section 34-20-8 Advisory council. The governing body of the Alabama Nursing Home Association
shall constitute an advisory council to the Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators,
and the Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators shall be required to counsel with

Section 34-24-70 Qualifications of applicants. (a) The following constitute the requirements
for the issuance of a certificate of qualification for a license to practice medicine in this
