Section 34-9-22 Sale, offer to sell, procurement, or alteration of diploma or certificate;
fraud or cheating. Whoever sells or offers to sell a diploma conferring a dental or dental
hygiene degree, or a license certificate or annual registration certificate granted pursuant
to this chapter or prior dental act, or procures such diploma or license certificate or annual
registration certificate with intent that it shall be used as evidence of the right to practice
dentistry or dental hygiene as defined by law, by a person other than the one upon whom it
was conferred or to whom such license certificate or annual registration certificate was granted,
or with fraudulent intent alters such diploma or license certificate or annual registration
certificate, or uses or attempts to use it when it is so altered shall be deemed guilty of

Section 5-17-8 Reports to Administrator of Alabama Credit Union Administration; powers of administrator.
(a) Credit unions shall report to the Administrator of the Alabama Credit Union Administration
at least annually on or before January 31 in such manner and form as required by the administrator
for that purpose. Additional reports may be required. Credit unions shall be examined at least
every 18 months by employees of the administration or by other persons designated by the administrator.
For failure to file reports when due, unless excused for cause by the administrator, the credit
union shall pay to the State Treasurer five dollars ($5) for each day of its delinquency.
(b) If the administrator determines that the credit union is violating this chapter, or is
insolvent, the administrator may suspend operations of the credit union by issuing an order

Section 8-17-93 Penalty for violation; revocation of permits. (a) Any person who sells, offers
for sale, stores, or uses any petroleum product in the state which is below the legal standard,
who makes a false statement or certificate as to the quantity or standard of such petroleum
product, sells, offers for sale, stores, or uses any petroleum product without having procured
a permit as required by Section 8-17-85, fails to make any report to the Revenue Commissioner

Section 15-20A-34 Juvenile sex offender - Relief from lifetime registration requirements. (a)
A juvenile sex offender subject to lifetime registration pursuant to Section 15-20A-28 may
file a petition requesting the sentencing juvenile court to enter an order relieving the juvenile
sex offender of the requirements pursuant to this chapter 25 years after the juvenile sex
offender is released from the custody of the Department of Youth Services or sentenced, if
the juvenile sex offender was placed on probation, for the sex offense requiring registration
pursuant to this chapter. (b) The petition shall be filed as follows: (1) If the juvenile
sex offender was adjudicated delinquent of a sex offense in this state, the petition shall
be filed in the juvenile court of the county in which the juvenile sex offender was adjudicated

Section 22-30D-5 Alabama Drycleaning Environmental Response Trust Fund. (a) There is hereby
created the Alabama Drycleaning Environmental Response Trust Fund, hereinafter referred to
as the "fund." The fund as so created shall be administered and used by the board
as a drycleaning industry self-insurance program for the benefit of those persons electing
to be covered by this chapter within the time(s) specified in accordance with the provision
of this chapter and as a revolving fund for carrying out the purposes of this chapter. To
the fund shall be credited all registration fees collected by the Department of Revenue, which
monies shall be credited to the fund pursuant to this chapter and invested as permitted by
