Section 27-62-4 Information security program. (a) Commensurate with the size and complexity
of the licensee, the nature and scope of the activities of the licensee, including its use
of third-party service providers, and the sensitivity of the nonpublic information used by
the licensee or in the possession, custody, or control of the licensee, each licensee shall
develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive written information security program based

Section 34-1A-5 Licenses - Issuance; fees; suspension or revocation; nonresident license; display;
written service contracts; confidential information. (a) The board shall issue licenses authorized
by this chapter to all qualified individuals in accordance with rules or regulations established

of the violation by a law enforcement officer or trained technician, the governing body or
contractor shall send the owner of a vehicle that has been detected by the device as being
involved in a school bus violation a notice of violation by U. S. mail. A notice of violation
shall be mailed no later than 14 days after being reviewed by law enforcement. In the event
