Section 41-10-757 Disposition of proceeds of bonds. (a) The authority is authorized and empowered to apply the proceeds of any bonds and any other funds belonging to the authority for any of the following purposes or uses: (1) For the purposes for which the bonds were authorized to be issued, in the following order: a. To repay the General Fund Rainy Day Account for the $161,565,874 transferred to the State General Fund in fiscal year 2010 pursuant to Amendment 803 to the Constitution of Alabama of 1901. b. To repay a total of $238,434,126 to the Alabama Trust Fund for amounts transferred to the State General Fund in fiscal years 2013, 2014, and 2015 pursuant to Section 4 of Amendment 856 to the Constitution of Alabama of 1901. c. Section 28-3-184 Tax levied; collection; disposition of funds. (a) Levy. In addition to the licenses provided for by Chapter 3A of this title, there is hereby levied a privilege or excise tax on every person licensed under the provisions of said Chapter 3A who sells, stores or receives for the purpose of distribution, to any person, firm, corporation, club or association within the State of Alabama any malt or brewed beverages.
