Section 28-4-112 Receipt, etc., of prohibited liquors and beverages for storage, distribution,
etc., for another. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, association or corporation to
receive for storage, distribution or on consignment for another prohibited liquors and beverages

Section 28-4-113 Acceptance for or shipment, transportation, delivery, etc., of prohibited
liquors or beverages from point to point or along public streets or highways within state.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation or association, whether a common carrier
or not, to accept from another for shipment, transportation or delivery or to ship, transport
or deliver for another said prohibited liquors or beverages or any of them when received at
one point, place or locality in this state to be shipped or transported to or delivered to
another person, firm or corporation at another point, place or locality in this state, or

Section 37-8-220 Prohibited instruments - Penalties. Any person who violates any provision
of this section, Section 37-8-217, Section 37-8-218, or Section 37-8-221 shall be guilty of

Section 8-32-6 Prohibited acts. (a) A provider shall not use in its name the words insurance,
casualty, surety, mutual, or any other words descriptive of the insurance, casualty, or surety
business; or a name deceptively similar to the name or description of any insurance or surety

Section 13A-8-23 Tampering with availability of gas, electricity, or water. (a) The following
terms shall have the meanings ascribed thereto unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
(1) OWNER. Includes any part owner, joint owner, tenant-in-common, joint tenant, or tenant

Section 32-5-64 Persons under 16 years of age operating motor vehicles - Prohibited; driver
training programs. Any person under the age of 16 years who shall drive or operate any motor
vehicle upon the public highways of this state shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall
be dealt with as provided by the juvenile laws of this state. This section shall not apply
to any student enrolled in a driver training program approved by the State Superintendent
of Education or the Director of Public Safety while driving or operating a motor vehicle pursuant

Section 34-43-5 Exemptions. (a) The following persons, offices, or establishments shall be
exempt from this chapter: (1) A student of massage therapy who is rendering massage therapy
services under the supervision of a licensed massage therapy instructor, or any other supervisory
arrangement recognized and approved by the board, including, but not limited to, a temporary
permit. The student shall be designated by title clearly indicating the training status of
