Section 26-1A-301 Power of attorney form. A document substantially in the following form may be used to create a power of attorney that has the meaning and effect prescribed by this chapter. Section 34-17A-7 Employees; meetings; powers. Section 34-17A-6 Creation of board; composition; vacancies; removal. (a) There is created the Alabama Board of Examiners in Marriage and Family Therapy. The board shall consist of five members who are citizens of this state and appointed by the Governor.
