Section 8-27-3 Misappropriation. A person who discloses or uses the trade secret of another,
without a privilege to do so, is liable to the other for misappropriation of the trade secret
if: (1) That person discovered the trade secret by improper means; (2) That person's disclosure
or use constitutes a breach of confidence reposed in that person by the other; (3) That person
learned the trade secret from a third person, and knew or should have known that (i) the information
was a trade secret and (ii) that the trade secret had been appropriated under circumstances
which violate the provisions of (1) or (2), above; or (4) That person learned the information
and knew or should have known that it was a trade secret and that its disclosure was made

Section 10A-2A-1.41 Notice and other communications. (a) A notice under this chapter must be
in writing unless oral notice is reasonable in the circumstances. Unless otherwise agreed
between the sender and the recipient, words in a notice or other communication under this
chapter must be in English. (b) A notice or other communication may be given by any method
of delivery, except that electronic transmissions must be in accordance with this section.

Section 13A-4-1 Criminal solicitation. (a) A person is guilty of criminal solicitation if,
with the intent that another person engage in conduct constituting a crime, he solicits, requests,
commands or importunes such other person to engage in such conduct. A person may not be convicted
of criminal solicitation upon the uncorroborated testimony of the person allegedly solicited,
and there must be proof of circumstances corroborating both the solicitation and the defendant's
intent. (b) A person is not liable under this section if, under circumstances manifesting
a voluntary and complete renunciation of his criminal intent, he (1) notified the person solicited
of his renunciation and (2) gave timely and adequate warning to the law enforcement authorities

Section 15-20A-16 Adult sex offender - Contact with former victims. (a) No adult sex offender
shall contact, directly or indirectly, in person or through others, by phone, mail, or electronic

Section 15-23-41 Definitions. As used in this article, unless a contrary meaning is clearly
intended from the context in which the term appears, the following terms have the respective

Section 34-8A-24 Liability. There shall be no monetary liability on the part of, and no cause
of action shall arise against a licensed professional counselor or associate licensed counselor
