Section 34-18-3 Penalties for violations of chapter. Any person practicing as a medical technician except under the immediate direction of a qualified doctor of medicine, or who violates any of the provisions of this chapter, or who shall willfully make any false representation to the board in applying for a certificate shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than $10 and not more than $500.
