Section 34-27A-7 Application for licensure and examination; fees; pledge; conditions. (a) Applications
for original license, renewal license, and examinations shall be made in writing to the board
on forms approved by the board. (b) Appropriate fees, as fixed by the board pursuant to Section
34-27A-6, shall accompany all applications for original license, renewal license, and examination.
(c) At the time of filing an application for license for any real property appraiser classification,
each applicant shall sign a pledge to comply with the standards set forth in this article
and state that he or she understands the types of misconduct for which disciplinary proceedings

Section 34-29-71 Temporary license. (a) The board may issue a temporary license to practice
veterinary medicine to an unlicensed applicant providing the applicant meets all conditions
and requirements of this article relating to qualifications of applicants for license to practice
veterinary medicine. Any person applying for a temporary license shall associate himself or
herself with a licensed doctor of veterinary medicine. His or her license shall be limited
to the work of a licensed doctor of veterinary medicine and he or she shall not participate

Section 34-30-22 Qualifications of applicants. The State Board of Social Work Examiners shall
issue a license as a "licensed bachelor social worker," a "licensed master
social worker," or a "licensed independent clinical social worker" to an applicant

Section 34-41-10 Minimum requirements to be eligible for license. (a) An applicant is eligible
for a license as a professional geologist in the State of Alabama if the applicant meets the
following minimum requirements: (1) Is of good moral character. (2) Has graduated from an

State of Alabama shall modify its policies relative to the certification of teachers to permit
an expanded alternative certification program for prospective teachers for grades six through
